This offering is ideal if:
- Your mind feels busy or scattered
- You struggle to meditate alone
- You want guided support entering a reflective state
- You need emotional reset and calm.
Each session includes:
- Brief check-in conversation
- Guided meditation tailored to your current season
- Gentle reflection afterward
This is not performance-based meditation. There is nothing to achieve. The goal is grounding, not perfection.
Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes to allow others to experience the same calmness. In person meditations are for anyone local. All online sessions are performed through Zoom.
